What we collect when you use the bot, and how it’s handled.

What we collect
When you use CrystalFace AI, we receive your Telegram user ID and username, the photos, videos, and text prompts you send to the bot, and basic usage data such as which features you use and how often.
How we use it
- To generate the face swap, AI image, or AI video you requested and send it back to you.
Media processing and storage
Photos and videos you submit are exclusively processed by our servers solely to produce your results. Source files and generated outputs are automatically deleted from our systems right after processing. We do not partner with or use any third-party providers.
Sharing
We do not sell, share, or trade personal data.
Your choices
You can stop using the bot at any time by blocking it in Telegram. We do not store any media for longer than 24 hours but we store processing count logs, user credits, and configurations. To request deletion of any data we still hold about you, contact us using the details below.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to use CrystalFace AI.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the bot to:
- Create content involving a real person’s face without that person’s consent.
- Generate exploitative or abusive content, or content involving minors, in any form.
- Produce content intended to defame, harass, impersonate, or mislead others, including deceptive political or news content.
- Break any applicable law or the Telegram Terms of Service.
Ownership of your content
You retain rights to the photos, videos, and text you submit. By using the bot you confirm you have the right to use any face or image you upload, and you grant us a limited license to process it solely to generate your result.
Credits and payment
Some features may require paid credits or a subscription. Prices and any free-usage limits are shown inside the bot and may change with notice.
No warranty
CrystalFace AI is provided “as is.” Generated results can be imperfect, and we don’t guarantee a particular output, uptime, or availability of any feature.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CrystalFace AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the bot, including misuse of generated content by a user.
Changes
We may update these terms as the bot changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
